Like a 360 you've experienced as an executive, but conducted with your loved ones, on film, and delivered within a spectacular experience in a private gallery theatre screening. Through guided interviews with 7 to 10 of the most important people in your life, their reflections (including what's gone unspoken) are captured and curated into a 2-hour documentary-style film that lets you see and experience yourself through their eyes.
Hyper-personalized and immersive. Surrender required. Includes tailored pre- and post-viewing integration experiences. Designed for life's inflection points.

Traditional craft is embodied cognition. The repetitive, focused work of learning to make and create literally reorganizes neural pathways, changing not just what you can do, but how you perceive and respond to the world.
This project pairs participants with master craftspeople for intensive skill development in an apprenticeship experience with the best in the world, rooted in rediscovering the joy of failing productively, learning to savour experiences, and accessing new aspects of yourself.
Currently in development. To be considered for the inaugural cohort, please contact us.
Details to come.
Twenty-five years ago, a brain injury erased my past. The amnesia forced me to live entirely in the present; not as a mindfulness practice, but as the only reality I had. When your past disappears, you learn quickly to decipher what's real and what's a story. That clarity changed everything about how I experience the world and it allowed me to spot what wasn't being said and identify the space between aspiration and reality.
For the past twenty years, I've interviewed over 4,000 senior leaders as an executive recruiter, board governance advisor, and organizational leader. What I've learned: most people are performing a carefully rehearsed version of themselves. The polished narrative about impact and purpose. The well-practiced explanation of choices made. I've discovered that the gap between that script and the embodied truth underneath is where transformation lives.
How I come to this work: Academically, I'm a linguist, with master's degrees in law and English. I know how language shapes reality and how the stories we repeat become the lives we live. I've trained in experience design (at the College of Extraordinary Experiences) and in Lifeshop Facilitation. I've also pushed limits outside the boardroom (Ironman competitions, launching two companies, backpacking, woodworking, keynote speaking), so I understand high-achievers from the inside: the drive, the blind spots, the need to keep moving. I'm part-time Faculty in the School of Business at Trent University, where I teach graduate courses in leadership and organizational effectiveness.
I founded [ this one project ] for executives and high-achievers at inflection points. The work is rigorous, personalized, and experiential, designed to surface what you can't see from inside your own perspective.

An immersive exploration project and experience for high-achievers and executives at critical junctures. Through intensive, personalized experiences, we help you locate what you can't see from inside your own perspective, then help you to do something about it.
High-achievers (senior executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, etc.) facing transitions, major decisions, or the gap between where they are and where they need to be.
[ this one project ] is for people who've done traditional coaching (and/or therapy) and know they need and want to will break the frame.
No frameworks forced onto your situation. Each experience is built specifically for you: your context, your stakes, your timeline. Approaches are informed by evidence-based research and theory (everything from embodied cognition to phenomenology, to sociolinguistics, to path-goal theory). The work is rigorous and perspective-enhancing, not comfortable.
No. This is strategic and at times destabilizing work on your life design, perspective/outlook, and approach. The goals and approach of [ this one project ] are distinct from therapy.
In-person when possible, virtual when needed.
Beyond scheduled sessions, expect meaningful work between meetings. We will be clear about expectations upfront to maximize what you will get out of your bespoke experience.
Most projects span 4+ months. Timelines are established upfront, aligned with your schedule and availability.
LIFE360 is designed for inflection points — career transitions, relationship reckonings, leadership fracture points, or "life-altering cliffs," as Jim Collins labels them — moments when you sense you've lost touch with who you are or want to become.
Significant. This is premium work and we only take a few clients at a time. Pricing is project-specific. If cost is your primary concern, this probably isn't the right time.
No. Client confidentiality is absolute. We won't share names, outcomes, or war stories, though the vast majority of our clients are via personal referral. You'll have to make the decision based on our initial conversations and whether the approach resonates.
By whether you gained clarity you didn't have before and whether you act on it. Success is when you can see what you previously couldn't see, articulate what you couldn't articulate, and make different choices as a result.
Email suzanne@thisoneproject.com to schedule an exploratory call. We'll determine if there's a fit, what project would best support your goals, and whether now is the right time.
Project launch times depend on current capacity, your availability, and the complexity of your project.
